CONSUMER SERVICE ADVISOR FTC

At Hozelock, we are currently recruiting for a a Customer/Consumer Service Agent to join our very busy peak on a FTC at our Head Office, based in Minworth, Birmingham (UK). The candidate should have strong experience within customer services and admin.

What we offer:

  • £17,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday hours 8.30am – 4.45pm
  • Early finish Friday’s
  • 25 days holiday per annum
  • Free onsite parking
  • Immediate start available
  • Fixed Term Contract

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering calls from customers in a professional manner
  • Processing returns
  • Processing orders for spare parts
  • Basic tech support
  • Administration
