Warranty Periods

At Hozelock we are confident in the quality and reliability of all our products.

To give you peace of mind all of our products have a minimum of a 12 month warranty period.

Selected product ranges benefit from an additional, extended warranty. If you need assistance with a product that has failed, or you require spare parts , you should in the first instance contact us. All warranty claims need to be supported with a valid sales receipt.

Please note our warranties always exclude user servicable wearing parts eg : pump impellers, filter foams, UV bulbs & quartz tubes, sprayer hose & seals.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of a product. It is not transferable. It does not affect your statuatory rights.

These additional warranties are in addition to your statutory rights.
